Awaken this morning with gratitude. Go to your bathroom, look in the mirror and take some deep belly breaths. Say 5 things positive to yourself this morning. Don't let any negative thoughts creep in. The breathing is really important to this process. It helps calm the nonproductive brain activity. Go on, don't be ashamed to be kind to yourself. It takes 5 positive things to counteract 1 negative thing. Remember that throughout the day and see if you can stay on the + side all day!
