Leaving it all behind

One huge thing I've worked on is knowing me.  Truly knowing what I want, need, and my true heart.  Keeping the truly important things in sight at all times and surrounding myself with people and things that support that.  We've all made mistakes.  I've said, thought and done things that I regret.  I also can't go back and change it, but I can and have learned from them.  I will move forward by leaving those negative feelings associated with those events behind me so they don't hold me back.  If you hang on to those they will chain you in place as long as you entertain them.  Drop it, leave it and live!  People will take different paths to get there, but just do it.  For me, it was  and still is apologizing where needed, some spiritual guidance, yoga, and visualization.  I also allowed some really great friends and mentors into my personal space to help and support me.  Ultimately though, it is up to you to change it, so take action!  Don't spend another minute stuck, spinning and asking those really bad questions that just set you up for bad answers.  Life's better than that!
